WASHINGTON, D.C.—Following a Christmas Day barrage of Tomahawk missiles on ISIS strongholds in Nigeria, Trump has seemingly changed his tune.
Insiders say Trump personally oversaw the painting of heartfelt messages on a final salvo of missiles: “…And A Happy New Year” in elegant white cursive. “Nothing says ‘peace on earth’ like 1,000 pounds of freedom,” a White House aide elaborated.
Trump described it as “the most beautiful greeting ever, better than any New Year fireworks show… except at Mar-a-Lago.”
